Efficiency


How to be efficient: 

  • Attended 12 meetings or more
  • Achieved 30 duty hours or more
  • Attended and passed the BFA-RE or BFA or AFA or Home Nursing
  • Attended the regional review or divisional inspection

All the information will be recorded in your BFC4





















If you are efficient, you can apply for the service stripe or service star by using your BFC4 provided your BFC4 is filled by your secretary and signed by the regional.
